Yoga in the Vines
Join Ruby Carland for gentle, breath-led yoga overlooking the vines. A considered way to begin the day, these sessions create space to move slowly, breathe deeply, and rest within the rhythm of everyday life.
With over a decade of practice, Ruby is drawn to yoga as a way of fostering connection — to the body, the breath, and the world around us. Her teaching is grounded in time-honoured traditions, shaped by training in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga in India, and continued study in Yin Yoga, Women’s Health, and Ayurvedic lifestyle teachings.
Each class is slow and supportive, weaving together movement, stillness, and quiet awareness to create a calm, welcoming space to slow down and return to yourself.
A yoga mat is provided for the 60-minute session with Ruby. A wet-weather option is available in case the elements open on us.
