Yoga in the Vines
A yin yoga practice centred around the concept of deep rest. This nourishing and restful session is ideal if you’re feeling busy, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a moment to pause and breathe.
Through long, supported holds in yin postures, the body is encouraged to soften and release. Gentle acupressure, breathwork, and meditation are woven throughout the practice, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.
Held nestled within the vines, this 90-minute session with Ruby Carland offers a calm and restorative way to step out of the pace of the day. Slow, considered movement invites you to reconnect with the body and create space for true rest.
A yoga mat is provided for the session. After the class, you’re warmly invited to linger and enjoy some light refreshments.
