Do you have showering facilities?
We have private treatment rooms but don’t have showering or bathing facilities.
I’ve received a gift voucher, how do I book?
If you have a received a gift voucher we would be delighted to help you book in for a treatment. Please call us on 03 8727 3030.
Do you have couples massages?
We offer couple’s massages in seperate rooms, allowing you to focus on your own relaxation and leave together with a full sense of zen.
Does Il Massaggio have disabled access??
We are fully wheelchair accessible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We take payment at time of booking for all treatments. We ask for 48 hours notice for all appointment rescheduling and cancelations. If cancelations are made within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full amount for your appointment. If you’d like to cancel your appointment please call us on 03 8727 3030.
Is there a weekend surcharge?
We impose a 10% surcharge on all treatments on Sundays to cover higher operating costs.
Surcharges apply to all appointments including those paid for with vouchers, any additional charges must be paid at time of booking.

Can we visit Meletos before or after our massage?
Of course! We’d love to welcome you to Meletos before or after your treatment. Reservations for the restaurant can be made here and walk-ins are also accepted. The Garden and Ernie’s Bar are walk-in only.
